Answer: Doctor2U Medical Portal is an online platform for BP Healthcare Group corporate customer to view their employees’ health test reports and receipts. The health test reports will be uploaded onto this portal instead of being sent individually to customers.
Answer: Doctor2U Medical Portal main function is to allow BP Healthcare Group corporate customer to store, compare and manage their employees health test result. Health test results will be uploaded onto the portal once ready. The person in charge from the company can then login to view and analyze their results as well as compare it against their past results.
Answer: Users can self sign up an account on the Doctor2U Medical Portal with their email address and company details or sign up with BP Healthcare Group sales representative person.
Answer: You will not be able to access the patient’s health records after removing the account. Furthermore, a penalty fee of RM50 will be charged for reactivation of the patient’s account, which is necessary in order to view future test results.
Answer: We accept Debit and Credit Cards from Visa and Mastercard, and Online Banking from all major banks. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept American Express Cards.
Answer: No, any credits bought cannot be refunded.

Answer: Payment receipts for health tests which are paid on the spot can be downloaded from the portal through the ‘Reports’ tab. Prepaid tests receipts cannot be downloaded.
